Jeepin’ with Judd is held at the Clear Springs Ranch in Bartow, FL near the intersection of Cox Road and Ledley Wear Road. Follow the signs from there.

Online registration will open on November 18th, 2024 at 8 AM for JWJ 2025. Keep watching our Facebook page for all the latest information.
There are only 1,600 entries available for purchase – this is a per Jeep entry. The cost PER JEEP is $200 for the entire 3-day weekend. Camping is not included in the registration cost.
Specialty trails are extra and you MUST HAVE A REGISTERED JEEP TO PURCHASE ADDITIONAL TRAIL RIDES. Please see the trail ride page for more information concerning the specialty trails.
The fee covers admission for all three days per a single Jeep. There is not a “one day” fee. The fee includes unlimited use of obstacle courses and trail rides throughout the event.
Night trail passes are additional and must be purchased in advanced. YOU MUST HAVE A REGISTERED JEEP TO PURCHASE ADDITIONAL TRAIL PASSES.
The entry fee covers everyone you can legally fit in your Jeep. There should be restraints for everyone in your Jeep.
Night trail passes can be purchased during registration that will open in the Fall of 2024. You must have a registered Jeep to purchase this pass.
All Jeeps must be equipped with operational 4 wheel drive and it should always be engaged while on the obstacle course or trails. There will be multiple level trails and obstacle courses which may require special equipment. Check out the Trail Rides tab at the top of the page for a list of suggested equipment requirements for each trail.
No, you can trailer your Jeep to the event and then park your trailer in the secured area at either the event location or the camping area. If you have any other questions concerning trailering in, please see the camping coordinator once you arrive on site at the event.
Yes, Clear Springs Ranch has a large primitive camping area that will be able to accommodate tents to large Class A Motor homes. For more information please click here for the camping section of our website.
Yes, there will be pressure washers available. For a small donation you will have use of the washer for a set time limit (similar to a self-service car wash).

This is a rain or shine event. There are no refunds. If it rains then we will just have to play in the mud. We are designing the course in such a way to limit the effect of rain.
Yes, you can use credit cards to pay for raffle tickets, pressure washing and JWJ merchandise. Certain vendors may have the ability to accept credit cards. Camping is cash only.
You can bring your own cooler, but it must remain in your vehicle. Remember NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED ON PROPERTY.

Yes, the little Jeepers can ride their very own trail designed just for them – a Power Wheels Trail! The trail is located in the vendor area.
Absolutely! Spectators are free and encouraged to attend.
No, this is an alcohol free event.
No, due to this being an active cattle ranch, pets are not permitted. Only properly licensed and vested certified service dogs will be permitted. Certified service dogs must be leashed at all times.
No. Drones are not allowed on the property for safety and customer courtesy reasons.
Due to the high fire hazard on the ranch we cannot allow grills or fires in the parking or spectator area.
Yes, as long as the teenager is a licensed driver. If they have a restricted license they must be accompanied by a driver over 21 years of age. No unlicensed drivers will be permitted to operate a vehicle at the event.
No, ATV’s or golf carts are not permitted with the exception of JWJ staff, Emergency Medical personnel or Law enforcement.
Yes. We will have parking available for vehicles with trailers at both the event location and the camping area.
No, firearms are not permitted at the event.
RULES
- All participants must complete and sign a waiver. Waivers will be available upon arrival or can be completed in advance by downloading it from the link on our Home page. Parents can complete and sign the waiver for minor children. A signed waiver accompanied by the driver/rider must be presented at the registration tent to pick up window decals and armbands. *Waivers are not accepted in advance. All completed wavers must be brought to registration. *
- Registration is for one jeep. A 2025 window decal must be visible to enter obstacle courses or trail rides. Registration forms shall include insurance company name and policy number. If your jeep is not street legal, then you should provide the insurance information for your other vehicle.
- Once participants present a completed waiver they will be given an armband. The armband must be worn on the left wrist at all times while on the obstacle courses or trails. No participant will be permitted on the obstacle courses or trails without an armband. If you lose your armband then you can go to the registration tent for a replacement armband. Children must be accompanied by the parent or guardian that signed the waiver.
- Seat belts or proper restraints must be worn at all times while on the property and the jeep is moving. If a child is riding in the Jeep they must be in a car seat according to state law.
- Horseplay and irresponsible behavior will not be tolerated. Safety is our priority. We want everyone to have fun, but everyone should always be considerate of other participants.
- Alcohol is not permitted at the event. Pets are not permitted.
- All participants must follow the directions of the spotters and volunteer staff while on the obstacle courses or trails.
- Rules are subject to change at the discretion of the event supervisors.
