RULES & REGULATIONS
Set up is permitted during the following times ONLY:
- Thursday, February 25, 2027 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Event hours are as follows:
- Friday, February 26, 2027 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Saturday, February 27, 2027 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Sunday, February 28, 2027 from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
**No vehicles may enter or exit the vendor area** The downhill entry to the Vendor Area will be shutdown promptly at 8:00 AM each day. If you do not arrive prior to that time, you will be directed to the rear entrance to the Vendor area and NO vehicles will be allowed to enter.**
Vendor space must be set-up and ready for business by 8:00 AM on Friday. Vendor spaces must be manned at all times during the event hours Friday and Saturday. Sunday is Optional for Vendors, they can man their booths or participate on the trails with their vendor pass (if included or purchased).
- Vendors are responsible for setting up and taking down their space, in addition to cleaning up their immediate area. We recommend being on the property no later than 7:15 AM to avoid traffic.
- If a vendor is travelling over four (4) hours and a special set-up time is required, please contact DRyan@polksheriff.org OR call Sgt. Deb Ryan (863) 978-9505 during normal business hours, no later than 5 PM on Monday, February 14, 2027. We will do our best to accommodate special requests but cannot guarantee a time outside our setup window.
- Vendor packet will be distributed upon arrival. One representative per vendor is required to pick up the entire packet for their sponsorship.
*** Vendors are required to sign and return this form (BOTH pages) before the start of the Event, while waivers MAY be signed when the packet is picked up. Please note, each person on property requires a signed waiver and must appear in person to receive an armband. ***
- Vendors are to operate and display products within their marked area only. No merchandise or signage can be set-up outside of your space unless pre-approved by the event organizer.
- Jeepin’ with Judd reserves the right to remove any vendor from the Jeepin’ with Judd event who does not adhere to the above rules and regulations or displays any unprofessional or unacceptable behavior.

TRAIL & POWER WHEELS
SPONSORSHIP
Advertise your business with your logo wrapped around a Power Wheels Jeep for kids to drive on our Power Wheels track, or sponsor the Power Wheels track or one of our many trails. Trail Sponsors can provide business banners or Coroplast signs to place along the trail.

FOOD
VENDORS
JWJ likes to offer a variety of food types at our event. We offer our food vendors from the preivous year the first opportunity to return. All interested food vendors are welcome to send an email to jwjvendors@outlook.com. Be sure to include your business contact information and a copy of the menu you would serve at the event. If we have an opening for your type of food, we will review your menu with our team and our vendor coordinator will reach out with registration information.
