RULES & REGULATIONS
- Set up is permitted during the following times ONLY: Thursday, February 20, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Event hours are as follows:
- Friday & Saturday, February 21-22, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and
- Sunday, February 23, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Vendor space must be set-up and ready for business by 8:00 AM on Friday. Vendors are responsible for setting up and taking down their space, in addition to cleaning up their immediate area. We recommend being on the property no later than 7:15 AM to avoid traffic. Vendor spaces must be manned at all times during the event hours. Sunday is Optional for Vendors – they can man their booths or close down Saturday at 5 PM to participate in the trails with their vendor pass on Sunday (if included or purchased).
- If a vendor is travelling over four (4) hours and a special set-up time is required, please contact jeepinwithjudd@outlook.com during normal business hours no later than 5 PM on Monday, February 17, 2025. We will do our best to accommodate special requests but cannot guarantee a time outside our setup window on Thursday.
- Vendor packet will be distributed upon arrival. One representative per vendor is required to pick up the entire packet for their sponsorship. Vendors who do not provide all paperwork prior to the event will be required to bring it to vendor check-in. Vendor packets include parking passes, complimentary event t-shirts, and the required decals and arm bands allowing access to trail rides and obstacle courses, if applicable per the sponsorship package chosen during vendor registration.
- Music is restricted to the registration/raffle tent area only, with the exception of a vendor selling sound equipment for Jeeps. However, they may not raise the volume to a level that disrupts neighboring vendors.
- Vendors are to operate and display products within their marked area only. No merchandise or signage can be set-up outside of your space unless pre-approved by the event organizer.
- Jeepin’ with Judd reserves the right to remove any vendor from the Jeepin’ with Judd event who does not adhere to the above rules and regulations or displays any unprofessional or unacceptable behavior.

Advertise your business with your logo wrapped around a Power Wheels Jeep for kids to drive on our Power Wheels track, or sponsor the Power Wheels track or one of our many trails. Trail Sponsors can provide business banners or Coroplast signs to place along the trail.

FOOD
VENDORS
JWJ likes to offer a variety of food types at our event. We offer our food vendors from the preivous year the first opportunity to return. All interested food vendors are welcome to send an email to jwjvendors@outlook.com. Be sure to include your business contact information and a copy of the menu you would serve at the event. If we have an opening for your type of food, we will review your menu with our team and our vendor coordinator will reach out with registration information.
