Rules & Regulations

All participants must complete and sign a waiver. Waivers will be available at the gate upon arrival. Parents can complete and sign the waiver for minor children.  A signed waiver must be presented at the registration tent to pick up window decals and armbands.

Registration is for one jeep. A 2017 window decal must be visible to enter obstacle courses or trail rides. Registration forms shall include insurance company name and policy number. If your jeep is not street legal, then you should provide the insurance information for your other vehicle.

 Once participants present a completed waiver they will be given an armband. The armband must be worn on the left wrist at all times while on the obstacle courses or trails. No participant will be permitted on the obstacle courses or trails without an armband. If you lose your armband then you can go to the registration tent for a replacement armband. Children must be accompanied by the parent or guardian that signed the waiver.

Seat belts or proper restraints must be worn at all times while on the property and the jeep is moving. If a child is riding in the jeep they must be in a car seat according to state law.

Horseplay and irresponsible behavior will not be tolerated. Safety is our priority. We want everyone to have fun, but everyone should always be considerate of other participants.

 Alcohol is not permitted at the event.

 All participants must follow the directions of the spotters and volunteer staff while on the obstacle courses or trails.

Camping Rules

Important Note: There will be a limited amount of sites for camping. Camp sites are first-come, first-serve.

Primitive Camping will be $20 per night per site. Camping opens on Thursday February 16 between 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Camping is available Thursday – Saturday night. You can camp one night or all three nights. Camping is CASH ONLY (paid upon arrival)! No refunds. All Campers must complete a camping waiver at the event prior to occupying the camp site. Waivers will be distributed upon arrival. Camping will be in a designated area on the property. No alcohol will be permitted on the property during the event.

No golf carts, ATV’s or side by sides will be permitted on the property during the event, with the exception of staff and law enforcement.

No one will be permitted to leave the camping area and wander around the ranch except to attend the planned events on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Security will be on site all weekend 24 hours per day. Generators are allowed, but must be turned off by midnight unless it is very cold and the generator is needed for heat.

Port-o-lets will be provided in the camping area.

Occupancy is limited to ONE of the following groups of camping rigs:

  • One motor home and two vehicles
  • One travel trailer and two vehicles
  • One pop-up camper and two vehicles
  • Two tents and two vehicles
  • One pick-up truck with mounted camping rig and 2 vehicles.

NOTE: There must be at least one adult (21 years of age or older) on each site.

There is an eight-person limit per campsite. Campfires will be permitted at the campsites only in a raised fire pit with a mesh cover, No exceptions. Also, a fire extinguisher must be readily available near the fire pit and the fire must be attended at all times while it is burning. Failure to comply with this will mean fire privileges will be withdrawn from the campsite not in compliance.

Check in on Thursday will begin at 3PM until 9PM. Gates will close at 11:00 PM each evening with no re-entry or exit except in emergencies. All campers must exit the property by 6PM on Sunday. This is a remote area, so campers should bring everything they need for their intended length of stay. However, the City of Bartow is only approximately 6 miles from this location and there are grocery stores in that area.
