Jeepin’ with Judd is held in Bartow, FL near the intersection of Cox Road and Ledley Wear Road. Follow the signs from there.
The fee is a one-time fee per jeep for the entire weekend. There is not a “one day” fee. The fee is the same for 1 day or 3 days. Please remember this is a fund raiser for a great charity.
No, this is an alcohol free event.
Yes, we will have multiple high quality food vendors all weekend.
Absolutely! Spectators are free and encouraged to attend.
There will be multiple level trails and obstacle courses which will require special equipment. A list of suggested equipment will be listed prior to the event. All jeeps must be equipped with operational 4 wheel drive and it should always be engaged while on the obstacle course or trails.
No, you can trailer your jeep to the event and then park your trailer in the secured area provided.
Yes, we have a large primitive camping area that will be able to accommodate tents to large Class A Motor homes. For more information please see the camping tab on the rules & regulations page.
Yes, there will be pressure washers available. For a small donation you will have use of the washer for a set time limit (similar to a self-service car wash).
Polk Sheriff’s Charities, Inc. has migrated to PayPal to collect payments. PayPal is recognized as one of the most secure payment platforms around.
We will have 9 different daytime trail rides that will begin approximately every 30 minutes throughout the event. There are no tickets this year for the general trail rides. See our trail rides page for more information. Please note: Night Trail Rides are only available to pre-paid participants and a ticket will be required. (Night trail rides are sold out)
Friday February 17- Gates open at 8:00 am. Trails and obstacle courses open 9:00 am – 4:00 pm (except for lunch break). Event closes at 5:00 pm. Show N’ Shine starts 6:00 pm- 10:00 pm in downtown Bartow.
Saturday February 18 – Gates open at 8:00 am. Trails and obstacle courses open 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (except for lunch break). Event closes at 5:00 pm. General raffle to be held at 5:00 pm. Sunday February 19 – Gates open at 8:00 am. Trails and obstacle courses open 8:00 am – 2:00 pm. Event closes at 3:00 pm. “Cheep” Jeep raffle drawing at 3:00 pm.
The Show N Shine will be on Friday night on Main Street in Downtown Bartow.
Pre-registration cost is $60 per Jeep for the entire weekend. Pre-registration is available until February 8th. Click the register now tab to pre-register.
Cost at the gate is $80 per Jeep for the entire weekend.
This is a rain or shine event. There are no refunds. If it rains then we will just have to play in the mud. We are designing the course in such a way to limit the effect of rain.
Yes, you can use credit cards to pay for registration, raffle tickets, pressure washing and JWJ merchandise. Certain vendors may have the ability to accept credit cards.
Camping is cash only.
The cost is $60 per jeep. This covers everyone you can legally fit in your jeep. There should be restraints for everyone in your jeep.
You can bring your own cooler, but it must remain in your vehicle.
Yes, we will have bounce houses.
No, unfortunately due to this being an active cattle ranch, only certified service dogs will be permitted.
Due to the high fire hazard on the ranch we cannot allow grills or fires in the parking or spectator area.
Yes, as long as the teenager is a licensed driver. If they have a restricted license they must be accompanied by a driver over 21 years of age. No unlicensed drivers will be permitted to operate a vehicle at the event.

No, ATV’s or golf carts are not permitted with the exception of JWJ staff, Emergency Medical personnel or Law enforcement.
Yes. We will have parking available for vehicles with trailers.
